Refund Policy

Participants may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.

Any approved refund will be calculated based on the services and materials already provided to the participant, including but not limited to:

• Access granted to online courses and educational materials
• Access to the platform and community
• Networking opportunities and events
• Messenger support and advisory services
• Any other resources made available to the participant

The refund amount, if applicable, will be determined after deducting the value of the services, materials, and access already provided.

Refund requests submitted after fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund.

Such access may be provided immediately after purchase and forms an integral part of the overall program.
