• matching the User’s profile with employer requirements;

• improving and developing the Service.

4. Methods and Actions for Data Processing

The Operator is entitled to perform the following actions with personal data:

• collection;

• recording;

• systematization;

• accumulation;

• storage;

• clarification (updating, modification);

• retrieval;

• use;

• transfer (including to third parties);

• anonymization;

• blocking;

• deletion;

• destruction.

Processing may be carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.

The User confirms and agrees that:

• data processing may be carried out in an automated manner;

• machine learning algorithms and AI models are used;

• the final results are analytical and advisory in nature;

• automated decisions do not constitute final hiring decisions.

6. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

The User consents to the cross-border transfer of personal data to countries that may or may not provide adequate protection of personal data subjects’ rights, including in cases where the Operator uses foreign data storage and processing services.

7. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

The User agrees that their personal data may be transferred to:

• potential employers;

• technical contractors and service providers,

strictly within the purposes specified in this Consent.

8. Term of Consent

This consent is valid from the moment it is given until:

• the purposes of personal data processing are achieved, or

• the User withdraws their consent.

9. Withdrawal of Consent

The User has the right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data at any time by sending a written notice to the Operator’s email:
