Component producers procure steel, aluminum, copper, glass, rubber. First, a raw material producers take individual raw materials and turns them into materials that can be used to make car parts
Aluminum producer
BMW leverages a network of about 40 main suppliers to produce all key parts of a cars (including discs, tires, chassis systems)
Once the components are produced they are integrated into a unit forming part of a larger assembly
In an assembly line, car assembly is split between several stations, all working simultaneously. When a station is finished with a car, it passes it on to the next.
BMW has the following distribution model:
-It has direct sales through its own network of showrooms

The cars are sold at the distribution centers to the consumer, who can also purchase branded accessories, insurance, and service at the dealerships (cross-sale).
