Clarify ambiguous questions, structure your answers with clear frameworks, support ideas with data or logical reasoning, and show enthusiasm for solving user problems. Be concise, practice aloud, and prepare compelling stories for behavioral questions.

Questions often include:

Expect deeper questions about strategy, leadership, and scaling products, like:

Ask about the team’s priorities, how product decisions are made, the company’s product strategy, how success is measured, and what challenges the team is currently facing. Thoughtful questions show your curiosity and product mindset.
