Record of practice sessions (e.g., details of the session, other users’ assessment about performance)
Messages exchanged through the platform and with our team
Reviews of our services, our coaches and other users

We also collect data about coaches who provide their services on our platform. This includes:

Why we use personal data?

We use personal data about individuals that we prepare for interviews to:

Deliver our services
Bill our services
Pay our coaches
Monitor compliance with our terms and conditions
Improve our services
Comply with tax regulations
Report the individual’s activities, their performance, and potential to the payer when the preparation is paid for by a third-party client

How long do we keep personal data for?

We keep personal data about individuals for 2 years (or 6 years for billing information).

Who do we share personal data with?

We may share select personal data about individuals that we prepare for interviews with our coaches, with other users, and with the third-party client who paid for the preparation, when applicable.

What legal basis do we have for using personal data?

Our processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in that we need this information to deliver our services, process payments, meet regulatory requirements, and to report back to the third-party client who paid for the preparation, when applicable.

Do we transfer personal data outside the EEA?

We store personal data on systems that are located in Ireland. Our supplier may duplicate this data on servers located outside the EEA. We may also transfer data outside the EEA when an individual, a coach or a client is located outside the EEA.

What rights are available to individuals in relation to the data we hold on them?

By law, individuals have a number of rights when it comes to personal data.

The right to be informed – Individuals have the right to be provided with clear, transparent and easily understandable information about how we use their information and their rights. This is why we’re providing the information in this policy.
The right of access – Individuals have the right to obtain access to their information (if we’re processing it).
The right to rectification – Individuals are entitled to have their information corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete. This is not a general right to rectification; there are exceptions.

All text-based information and data on the site is masked and hidden, ensuring your personal data remains confidential and is not shared with Microsoft. Do we use your Personal Data for advertising?

We use Google Ads data segments to advertise across the internet. Google Ads will display ads to you based on what parts of our website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your web browser. This cookie does not in any way identify you or give access to your computer or mobile device.
