After 5.5 years in management consulting at PwC and BCG, our founder Anton Kratskevich left the industry to focus on what truly inspired him—helping others succeed.
He began mentoring aspiring candidates preparing for MBB interviews. Over the next two years, he personally coached over 150 students, helping them land offers at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, and other top consulting firms.
Anton launched the first digital version of the training program, combining on-demand learning with personalized coaching.
This hybrid approach drastically improved outcomes: 95% of students received offers within a year of completing the program.
Support for networking and referrals also became a core part of the experience.
We raised our first investment round to scale internationally.
The Thinksters formed strategic partnerships with universities and MBA programs across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia—supporting students in landing roles at leading firms in consulting and tech.
We’ve expanded into Product Management and Investment Banking—offering new pathways for ambitious professionals to launch high-impact careers.
